Job Summary

As an E-commerce Executive for the Singapore market, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce activities on various online marketplaces in Singapore.

Job Description

• Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms

• Daily monitor and reply to customer inquiries

• Coordination of packing & arrangement of shipment

• Uploading & maintaining SKUs selection on the e-commerce platform

• Assist with price adjustments/promotion on the e-commerce platform

• Media, KOL, Affiliate Engagement

• Any other related work

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience with Singapore marketplace analytics tools (e.g. Lazada Seller Center, Qoo10 Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center)

• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• A good team player, proactive and self-motivated.
