The opportunity
KC SPACE (Kid Castle Education Group) is seeking dedicated and passionate Student Care Teachers to join our vibrant team in the RULANG – West Region. You will play a key role in nurturing primary school students during after‑school hours, supporting their academic, social and personal growth.
What you’ll do
Facilitate engaging, age‑appropriate activities: homework supervision, academic enrichment and recreational programmes
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Build positive relationships and support students’ social‑emotional wellbeing
Collaborate with parents/guardians and school staff to address individual needs
Uphold centre policies, procedures and regulations to ensure high standards of care and safety
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to continuously improve practice
About you
Relevant teaching/childcare experience, ideally in primary or student care settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with students and families
Patient, creative, and genuinely passionate about working with children
Knowledge of age‑appropriate learning activities and behaviour management strategies
A collaborative team‑player who adapts to students’ needs
Relevant qualifications in education, childcare or related fields (advantageous)

Location & schedule
Centre: Clementi Central (West region)
Schedule: Rostered 5‑day week; shifts typically fall after school on term days and daytime during school holidays. Final roster will be shared during interview.
