Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and timely.
Provide support in Accounts Payable (AP) functions and general administrative duties
Coordinate, arrange, and follow up on local and overseas shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers regarding orders and deliveries.
Prepare and process staff and workers' expense and miscellaneous
Maintain proper records and documentation of sales, purchases, and shipment-related transactions.
Assist in any ad-hoc task that may be assigned
Educational and Work experience
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, or equivalent qualification and above
At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; however, candidates with similar administrative or accounting-related experience are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Meticulous, responsible, and well-organized.
Able to communicate and write in basic English
Experience in Xero accounting software is an added advantage.
Able to multitask and work efficiently
Working Day and Time:
9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Saturday)
