Key Job Responsibilities:
- To serve as a TA to the business and build relationships with business stakeholders
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment
- Develop diverse sourcing strategies, identify suitable candidates for positions
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices and participate in various developing projects within the Organization

Requirements:
Relevant Degree/ Diploma studies in Human Resource
Prior 1 - 3 Years Recruitment Exp in Semicon is a Plus!
