Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits and HR operations
Organize staff engagement activities and company events
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source training courses and provide administrative support
Support application for government grants
Execute HR and digitalization projects
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements
Prepare routine reports and support in audits
Oversee office administration, facilities and maintenance
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
2 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
Familiar with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and statutory requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
Good knowledge of office administration practices
Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
