Technical Manager (Curtains, Blinds & Outdoor Solutions) - #1160841

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to oversee technical operations, installation standards, product quality, and technical support across our Curtains, Blinds, Ziptrak, and Outdoor Solutions divisions.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and Installation teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions for projects and site issues

• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot installation challenges

• Establish and maintain installation and quality standards

• Lead quality audits and reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints

• Train and develop installers and technical staff

• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and technical processes

• Evaluate new products and installation methods

• Work closely with suppliers, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, renovation, curtains & blinds, roofing, outdoor structures, or related industries

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing installation teams and site operations

• Able to read drawings, site measurements, and technical specifications

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
