Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign & Content Support

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including notifications, website content, and publicity materials.

• Coordinate the setup and implementation of both digital and on-ground marketing campaigns and activations.

• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization, maintain accurate records, and report any variances.

• Liaise with external marketing, creative, media, and production agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.

2. Project Management Support

• Assist in project budget forecasting and monitoring for assigned initiatives.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to track project progress, ensuring deliverables meet specifications, timelines, and budget requirements.

• Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience will have an added advantage.

• Strong logical thinking and creativity with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Basic proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is advantageous.

• Prior experience in sales & marketing, e-commerce, aviation, or the travel industry is preferred.
