• UP $11,100 Basic + Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale operations across multiple business units or hubs, overseeing high-volume inventory and diverse teams to deliver operational excellence.

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, managing short-term tactical plans (staffing, capacity, resources) and long-term growth initiatives, including automation and network expansion.

• Drive organizational growth and talent development by designing scalable team structures, strengthening leadership capabilities, and building succession pipelines.

• Champion business strategy execution, leading commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

• Own full P&L performance, managing revenue portfolios exceeding SGD 10M while delivering profitability, cost optimization, and margin improvement targets.

• Evaluate and recommend capital investments, preparing business cases and ROI analyses for facility upgrades, material handling equipment (MHE), and automation projects.

• Ensure workplace safety, risk management, and business continuity, serving as the site lead for compliance, operational resilience, and contingency planning.

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Engineering, IT, and Commercial teams to drive innovation, productivity gains, and operational transformation.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business / Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent (MBA / Postgraduate degree holders will have an added advantage)

• 10 over years of contract logistics leadership background required; managing managers, overseeing multi-sites / highly complex operations, and holding large scale P&L responsibility
