Our Client:

• UP $7800 Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, validation, and optimization of testing operations, ensuring equipment configurations and workflows deliver consistent performance and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process standards to ensure compliance, quality, and operational consistency.

• Manage the full equipment lifecycle, covering installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and long-term asset replacement planning.

• Serve as the technical escalation lead, investigating and resolving complex equipment, process, and operational issues to minimize downtime and performance disruptions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, quality, reliability, equipment uptime, and overall operational effectiveness.

• Support new product and process implementation, including New Product Introduction (NPI), line setup, process transfers, engineering changes, and technology deployments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop technical capabilities, delivering training, coaching, and performance-driven solutions to strengthen operational excellence and engineering performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or automation

• Possess strong hands-on experience in equipment implementation, process setup, commissioning, optimization and experience in supporting NPI, process transfers, or new line implementation projects
