Our Client:

• MNC Manufacturer of Escalators & Elevators

• UP $8000 Basic + AWS + VB
  

Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance C&B policies, structures, and processes, including cost-benefit analysis, salary benchmarking, salary proposals for new hires, budget planning, and incentive scheme administration.

• Design, develop, and implement C&B programmes through effective collaboration with key stakeholders, HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services (BSC), and regional C&B teams.

• Oversee monthly payroll validation with BSC and coordinate statutory submissions, employee claims, overtime payments, annual wage supplements, and final settlements.

• Manage the review, update, and communication of HR policies and employee handbooks, while leading company insurance renewals and benefits programme administration.

• Evaluate and manage external vendors, brokers, and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and overseeing medical, insurance, and WICA claims.

• Serve as HRIS Key User for Leave, Payroll, and SAP systems, ensuring accurate personnel data management, position changes, promotions, transfers, and employee records maintenance.

• Lead the performance appraisal process, engage with the Union on Collective Agreement renewals, manage tax clearance matters, and support internal and external audits and statutory surveys.

• Lead and participate in HR projects, driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Human Resource or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits and payroll experience
