1. Account and client servicing for government sector clients and town councils. Projects span large format printing (banners, posters etc.).
2. Project management scope includes managing term contracts, providing quotations, managing printing and production of jobs, scheduling of installation and dismantling, updating of project status to clients, and final invoicing.
3. Manage the daily scheduling of the workers and projects.
4. Monitor and submit tenders and quotations on a timely and accurate manner
5. Serves as the main contact pointwith our customers to ensure the accuracy, quality and timely delivery ofprints, carpentry and event logistics.
6. To attend site meetings, site recee with clients as and when required and follow up on the subsequent meetings
7. To be actively involved and to ensure daily manpower and transport scheduling, follow up on daily checks andproduction of assigned items to meet agreed customers’ timelines anddeliverables
8. To follow up on final invoicing of the customers and payment collections at the end of every project.
9. A strong command of English is required to communicate with clients and prepare status and update reports.
10. Ability to mulit-task and control multiple concurrent running projects is key
