Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business consulting engagements, strategic planning initiatives, and client-related projects.

• Attend meetings and discussions to gain insight into business development, growth strategies, and decision-making processes.

• Learn structured problem-solving methodologies, consulting frameworks, and strategic analysis techniques.

• Conduct research and prepare analyses to support ongoing consulting and advisory assignments.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, and project documentation.

• Conduct research on financial markets, economic developments, industry trends, and investment-related topics using publicly available information.

• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, sector developments, and emerging market opportunities.

• Analyse research findings and summarize key insights into reports, presentations, newsletters, and educational content.

• Support the team in tracking market developments and identifying relevant business and investment trends.

• Support business development and digital marketing projects, including lead generation and customer engagement campaigns.

• Collaborate with team members on strategic marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collect, organize, and analyse business, marketing, and research data.

• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.

• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights through data analysis.

• Support operational initiatives and business expansion projects across various advisory services.

• Assist with projects related to mortgage consultancy, professional training programmes, and educational initiatives.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to project execution from planning through implementation.

• Work closely with team members across different functions to support business objectives and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Candidates pursuing a Diploma, GCE A-Levels, or an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interest in business strategy, consulting, investment research, financial markets, or entrepreneurship.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
