Talent Sourcer (Tech Recruitment) – Contract/Perm
Client (Telecommunications / Digital Industry)

We are supporting a leading client in the telecommunications and digital space to hire a Talent Sourcer to strengthen their Tech Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep-diving into talent markets, identifying passive candidates, and building strong pipelines for niche tech roles.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct proactive sourcing for tech & office positions (mid to senior level)

• Perform market mapping and talent intelligence to identify key talent pools

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs

• Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies

• Support end-to-end recruitment efforts by delivering high-quality shortlisted candidates

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in agency recruitment or in-house sourcing

• Strong capability in market mapping and passive talent sourcing

• Comfortable engaging with niche and hard-to-fill tech profiles

• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and strong research skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability

• Singapore citizens only.

• Basic up to 5500 + VB (avg 2 months and above)
