Job Responsibilities:
Source new products and manage assigned merchandise categories
Plan product assortment, category mix, and range planning
Analyze pricing strategies to maximize sales and margins
Prepare data and insights for supplier negotiations
Coordinate with suppliers on promotions and timely stock delivery
Manage slow-moving inventory and improve sell-through rates
Ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items
Monitor inventory levels to minimize overstock and markdown risks
Work closely with internal teams to execute promotions and product launches
Prepare monthly sales and inventory analysis reports
Conduct market research on trends and competitor activities
Perform regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards
Plan and execute store promotions for renovations, openings, and closures, managing Back to School (BTS) orders for stores, and supporting offsite events to ensure smooth retail operations.
Assist in events, campaigns, and merchandising administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant fields.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of purchasing or relevant experiences.
Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
