Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Support
Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and prospective clients.
Assist with lead generation, prospecting activities, and outreach initiatives.
Coordinate with mortgage bankers, legal professionals, and external stakeholders regarding ongoing engagements and follow-up matters.
Support the development of business relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Documentation & Administrative Support
Assist in preparing proposals, engagement agreements, presentations, and business-related documentation.
Support the drafting and review of documents under supervision and guidance.
Maintain accurate records of client engagements, leads, correspondence, and project updates.
Ensure proper organization and management of business documentation and records.
Client Engagement & Market Research
Observe and support client meetings, business discussions, and negotiation processes.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to support business initiatives.
Gather and compile relevant information to assist with strategic planning and decision-making.
Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing projects and business activities.
Learning & Professional Exposure
Throughout the internship, participants will gain exposure to:
Practical insights into business development, client engagement, and negotiation processes.
Fundamental concepts of commercial agreements, contract structures, and business documentation.
The operational framework behind wills, mortgage advisory, and professional consulting engagements.
Professional communication and collaboration with banks, law firms, financial institutions, and clients.
Selected opportunities to observe and participate in higher-level consulting and advisory projects.
Requirements
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided. However, ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:
Strong interest in business consulting, professional services, advisory, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable conducting research, managing documentation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
