Warehouse Assistant/ Forklift Driver (Up to $3000 / Air Con/ West) - #1160800

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $1,900 to $2,400 (commensurate with relevant experience).

• Gross Salary: Up to $3,300++ (inclusive of Paid Overtime).

• Bonus Structure: Guaranteed 1.5 months bonus, alongside additional quarterly performance bonuses (equivalent to 1 to 3 months per year).

• Additional Perks: Annual salary increment and access to a staff canteen with subsidized meals.

Working Schedule & Location

• Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM) and Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

• Work Location: Pioneer

• Company Transport: Dedicated shuttle bus services available at Jurong East, Boon Lay, and Marsiling MRT stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the accurate picking, packing, and sorting of warehouse inventory.

• Manage the physical loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods safely.

• Perform all other ad-hoc operational duties as directed by the reporting supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 months of prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• A valid Forklift License is highly advantageous. Candidates without a license must be willing to attend a certification course (the company will reimburse 50% of the training cost).

• Able to perform physical tasks required for inventory handling and logistics operations.
