Clinic Assistant - #1160795

We are a GP Clinic in the Clementi area, looking for clinical assistants to grow with the clinic as it grows in its business and expands its operations.

Ideally, this person should be staying in the vicinity of the clinic as the clinic operates different sessions, including morning, afternoon and evenings.

Experience in a similar set-up will be an advantage. This would include the simple task of pre-packing medication, registering patients, dispensing medication prescribed by the doctor, recording and collecting payments, periodic stock-takin etc. Familiarity with the liaison with the various lab providers in terms of arranging for the collecting of the various samples (e.g. blood). Similarly, familiarity with the various government subsidies, like CHAS, Medisave etc and claiming of the same.

Equally important, we are looking for staff with nice disposition to deal with patients that walk into the clinic. The staff must have commitment and keenness to learn in a new environment coupled with the diligence to invest the time to acquire the necessary knowledge to execute their duties.

Initially, we are looking at the hourly rate of $11/- per hour (will consider higher based on relevant experience), which would be adjusted with time, in accordance with the performance of the individual person. For the full-time staff, the monthly salary will commence from $2k onwards.
