Location: 18 Woodlands Loop, #04-00, Singapore 738100
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: based on rotating shift hours:

 0700hrs to 1620hrs;

 0800hrs to 1720hrs;

 1500hrs to 2330hrs;

 2300hrs to 0730hrs.
Work Arrangement: $60 meal allowance, shift allowance for PM & Night if required to perform shift work

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented production technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing optical components using ultrasonic cleaning process. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of ultrasonic cleaning principles, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description (of the role):

• Set up, operate, and maintain ultrasonic cleaning equipment to clean optical components including lenses, prisms and other precision optics

• Ensure cleaned optics meet quality and cleanliness standards

• Perform routine maintenance such as changing of filters, chemical or cleaning solution change and machine cleaning.

• Perform troubleshooting and work closely with maintenance engineer on repairs on ultrasonic cleaning machine

• Perform quality control measurements for water conductivity, pH, chemical concentration and temperature using measuring equipment such as UPC300 and Fluke thermometer

• Adhere to safe work procedures and protocols when working with ultrasonic cleaning machine and handling chemicals or cleaning solution such as the use of PPE.

• Maintain accurate records of daily preventive maintenance checklist, equipment maintenance, production output, quality control results and housekeeping

• Assist engineer and provide technical support in the development, optimisation and documentation of ultrasonic cleaning processes for various optical components

• Work closely with other production staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations

Requirement:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

• 2+ years of experience in ultrasonic cleaning, optics manufacturing, or a related field

• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of SAP, Excel.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
