Project Manager (East/Central) - #1160770

• Responsible for managing improvement works and projects at the Client’s premises, including conducting feasibility studies, cost budgeting, project planning, supervision and certification of final accounts.

• Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure that works is completed safely, within budget, within approved timelines and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.

• Prepare, monitor and submit regular project progress reports, including updates on timelines, project milestones, costs, risks and budget expenditure.

• Liaise and coordinate with Clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth implementation of projects and timely resolution of project-related matters.

• Work closely with consultants and relevant stakeholders to ensure all authorities’ submissions, approvals, permits and clearances are obtained on time, including submissions required for commencement of works and obtaining TOP/CSC where applicable.

• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management works.

• Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.

• Registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or other equivalent qualifications.

• Good report writing skills.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.

• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

• Working Schedule: 5-day work week
