Based in Thomson Plaza, we are a GP and Aesthetics clinic dedicated to holistic wellness. As a combined facility, we bridge the gap between essential primary care and advanced medical aesthetics. We are a dynamic, expanding team committed to providing professional, patient-oriented healthcare in a sophisticated yet welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Aesthetic & Clinical Support:

  * Prepare treatment rooms for aesthetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables) and health screenings.

  * Directly assist the doctor during clinical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort.

  * Explain post-treatment care and maintenance to aesthetic patients.

• Patient Experience & Front-of-House:

  Perform patient registration and manage appointment scheduling.
  Provide an approachable service to all visitors, reflecting our aesthetic brand

• Pharmacy & Inventory:

  * Dispense medications accurately and manage skincare product inventory.

• Financial & Administrative Operations:

  * Manage billing, handle payments, and coordinate CHAS/Medisave claims.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.

• Experience: Experience in healthcare or customer service (e.g., beauty, hospitality) is highly preferred.

• Passion for Wellness: A keen interest in skincare, beauty trends, and aesthetic treatments.

  Professional Presence: Maintains a well-groomed, be professional.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patients with empathy and discretion.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Location: Thomson Plaza (Upper Thomson MRT).

• Schedule: Flexible working days. Saturdays are required.
