1. Strategic Planning Executive /Up to $4,500 Basic @Alexandra Road

• Attend from customers' enquiries & processing pricing estimates/quotations.

• Coordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.

• Price reviewing, budgeting, analysing and support in monthly reporting.

• Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc.

• Experience in handling shipment arrangements, coordinating with customers/suppliers/forwarders.

2. Supply Chain Coordinator /Up to $4,500 /Mon-Fri;8.30am-5.30pm @Alexandra Rd

• Coordinate & negotiate with internal/external parties i.e customers, supplier & freight forwarders .

• Daily shipment arrangement, PO generating, SAP input, shipment arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.

• Perform supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)

• Perform Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).

• Diploma/Degree with experience in Import/Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)

• Experience in liaising with Customers/ Suppliers/ Forwarders for overseas shipments.

• Experience in high volume of Purchase Orders environment, able tocommit overtime & travel.
