The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
You will:
Be providing full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative duties.
Handle full on-boarding and off-boarding process including new staff orientation and exit interviews
Assist in full-cycle recruitment process
Be responsible for work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related administrative matters.
Apply for government-related grants and programs when required.
Create an amazing place for people to work in.
Conduct training programs for staffs
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
We’re looking for someone with:

• Superior organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to the little details.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Basic qualification or sufficient experience in HR.
• Bonus: Ability to communicate in mandarin as most of our installation
team does not speak English.
