Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Quality Systems (IATF-16949, ISO-17025), WHS Risk Assessment, Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity), and 5S standards.

• Manage laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys, including troubleshooting, buy-off, TPM scheduling, PM reporting, and PR/PO coordination with suppliers and GPO.

• Monitor and improve equipment performance, including failure history, uptime, and downtime analysis.

• Support introduction of new lab equipment, including layout planning and setup.

• Implement and sustain lab support procedures, equipment usage control, and quality system effectiveness.

• Develop and implement process improvements and new methodologies using Lean and engineering principles.

• Prepare and present technical reports and communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Material, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Strong interest in problem solving related to equipment, safety, 5S, and security.

• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels, internally and externally.

• Able to work independently in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.

• Fast learner, proactive, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
