Process Engineer Wets
Job Responsibilities
· Manage cost-effective wafer fabrication processes to achieve targeted manufacturing KPIs.
· Provide engineering support to production line to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
· Take full ownership of assigned process engineering issues.
· Maintain daily manufacturing activities through real-time troubleshooting and problem solving.
· Ensure smooth process flow with high yield, high quality, and low cost.
· Work closely with Maintenance, Production Supervisors, and Shift Engineers to meet production targets.
· Provide cross-functional, cross-department, and cross-fab support based on operational needs.
· Train and mentor new engineers and share technical knowledge.
· Drive continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and stability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Data, Chemical, Electrical Power Engineering, or related field.
More than 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Business proficiency in English.
Strong analytical skills with ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Self-driven, independent, and proactive with an inquisitive mindset.
Able to document projects clearly and maintain structured work records for continuity and improvement.
