About the role

JK Recruitment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and proposing suitable manpower solutions across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Understand clients' hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions

• Arrange and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and business discussions

• Prepare quotations, service agreements, and follow up on business opportunities

• Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services

• Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

About you

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

• 1–3 years of B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn

• Comfortable with cold calling and client acquisition activities

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Experience from Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, F&B, Freight Forwarding, Insurance, Financial Advisory, Telco, or related industries is welcome
