We are hiring a Head of Organization Development Manager and Change in improving how work is structured, how people work together, and how change is managed, so that the organisation remains effective, aligned, and ready for future needs.

Key Responsibility Areas

Organisational Change Management

• Directs structural transitions, ensuring teams adapt smoothly to new processes, technologies, or operating models.

• Work with departments to help manage change smoothly and minimise disruption to staff.

Culture and Ways of Working

• Drive initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, values, and desired behaviours.

• Help embed organisational values into daily work practices.

Learning & Capability Building

• Establishes enterprise-wide training strategies and integrates competency frameworks.

Engagement and Organisational Health/ Performance & Analytics

• Crafting targeted, transparent messaging to keep staff informed, address fears, and gain executive buy-in.

• Support staff engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback exercises.

• Develops success metrics, assesses organisational health, and tracks OD progress to guide continuous improvement

• Analyse engagement results and work with departments on follow-up actions. Identify organisation wide issues affecting morale, effectiveness, or engagement.

Requirements

a. At least 5-8 years of relevant HR or organisation development experience, with some experience supporting organisation-wide initiatives or change work.

b. Good understanding of organisation development, change management, and people practices.

c. Able to communicate clearly and confidently with managers and staff.

d. Able to analyse issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.

e. Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a changing and evolving environment.
