Job Scope:

· As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target

· Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.

· Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional consultation to recommend company’s treatments and products

· Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments

· Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets

· Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards

· Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers

· Read and comply with all company policies and procedures

· Assist with ad hoc duties as required

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal and more.

- Offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ needs.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and treatment areas.

- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.

- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

· Min 1 years experience in Aesthetics / Beauty industries

· Sales oriented and customer focus

· Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care and treatment)

· Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets

· Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Good work attitude and willingness to learn

Work hours:

* Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm

*6 days off

*Annual leave up to 14 days
