• 驱动分行销售目标，实现收入最大化 / Drive sales targets and maximize branch revenue

• 招聘、培训并领导高绩效销售团队 / Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team

• 制定并执行销售策略 / Implement effective sales strategies

• 建立并维护客户关系，提高回购率 / Build and maintain strong client relationships
