Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of international education programs and projects.

This position is designed for individuals looking to build a career in project management, operations, and international education. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain practical experience in cross-border projects, program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for international education projects and programs

• Support program planning, scheduling, logistics, and execution

• Communicate with students, partners, and stakeholders regarding program arrangements

• Maintain project records, reports, and tracking systems

• Assist with operational and administrative tasks across different projects

• Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, and partner institutions

• Support special projects and new initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• 0–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
