Job Scope:

• Handle daily logistics, warehouse, and administrative activities.

• Update and maintain inventory records using SAP / WMS system.

• Prepare delivery orders (DO), invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff on incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and lorry drivers to arrange deliveries and collections.

• Monitor shipment status and follow up to ensure goods are delivered on time.

• Communicate delivery schedules and instructions to drivers and relevant parties.

• Assist in resolving delivery, shipment, and inventory issues.

• Support stock take activities and ensure inventory records are updated accurately.

• Maintain proper filing of logistics, shipping, and warehouse documents.

• Prepare simple reports and update operational records as required.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification

• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative coordination is preferred

• Familiar with shipping documents, inventory control, and SAP / WMS systems is an advantage

• Good communication and supply chain coordination skills
