Project Director /Contruction (Landed Residential | A&A / New Build)

Our Client is a Singapore-based construction and renovation company specializing in residential and commercial building projects. The company focuses on providing quality construction, interior design, and project management services from planning to completion.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Alternate)

• 14 days AL, with VB (performance based)

• Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, proven project delivery experience, and in-depth knowledge of construction operations, compliance, stakeholder management, and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to completion

• Manage project budgets, contracts, timelines, and resources

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams

• Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and local regulations

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
