We are partnering with a reputable Swiss MNC that is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to support its finance operations and contribute to business growth.

Location: Alps Ave (Transport Pick up at Tampines and Bedok)
Working Days: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Leave: 16 Days Leave
WFH: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days at Home
Job Type: Permanent Position
Salary: Up to $7800

Job Description

• Lead month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring robust balance sheet controls and reconciliations.

• Prepare accurate management accounts in compliance with Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/IFRS).

• Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance insights to management and headquarters.

• Coordinate and support internal and external audit requirements.

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, partnering with Sales to drive timely collections and optimize cash flow.

• Monitor AR aging, DSO, and customer credit exposure, implementing credit controls and managing escalations where required.

• Own and govern billing operations, ensuring invoices are accurate and aligned with contractual terms and commercial agreements.

• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements, support cross-border tax matters, and act as a finance business partner on pricing, contracts, and strategic business initiatives

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA considered advantageous.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance controllership experience, ideally gained within logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries.

• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and experience working within shared service models are highly desirable.
