Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of projects, including timeline and stakeholder management, as well as documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet client specifications, ISO standards, and allocated budgets.

• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion, while sharing relevant knowledge with team members.

• Manage project activities using ASANA project management software.

• Support the development and standardization of production assembly processes.

• Prepare and maintain standard Bills of Materials (BOM), working closely with the Project Manager to ensure proper documentation and storage on the server.

• Liaise with the Sales department to determine the most suitable components at each stage of the project lifecycle.

• Participate in equipment and system testing, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and functional checks.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with strong capabilities in planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
