Salary: Up to S$4,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Central Singapore (Near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer receivables, drive timely collections, and support effective credit control processes. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and has strong analytical skills to manage collection risks and customer credit exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

• Monitor customer receivable accounts and outstanding balances.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and drive timely collection of payments.

• Review customer credit limits, payment terms, and over-credit situations.

• Assess requests for credit limit increases based on payment history and credit trends.

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and collection issues.

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records.

• Prepare month-end AR closing entries and reports.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare AR ageing reports and collection performance analysis.

• Monitor collection trends and identify potential credit risks.

• Recommend corrective actions to minimise overdue balances and bad debt exposure.

• Maintain customer suspension lists and management reports.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve collection effectiveness and internal controls.

• Support finance projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on collection matters.

• Work closely with Sales and relevant departments to resolve outstanding issues.

• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or related finance functions.

• Strong understanding of receivables management and credit control principles.

• Experience with SAP will be an advantage
