We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Operations Executive to oversee daily retail operations, store performance, inventory management, customer experience, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Management

Manage and monitor daily retail store operations.
Ensure smooth store opening, closing, and operational processes.
Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Monitor store performance and identify improvement opportunities.
负责门店日常运营管理。

落实公司政策、SOP及运营标准。
跟踪门店运营表现并提出改善建议。
Inventory & Stock Management
库存管理
Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
Coordinate stock replenishment and warehouse support.
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
Minimize stock loss and inventory discrepancies.
监控库存数量及货物流转情况。
协调补货及仓库支持工作。
定期进行盘点及库存审计。
降低库存损耗及差异。
Customer Experience
客户服务管理
Ensure high-quality customer service standards.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
确保门店客户服务质量。
处理客户反馈及投诉。
提升客户满意度及服务体验。
Team Coordination
团队协调管理
Support staff scheduling and workforce planning.
Coordinate communication between stores and headquarters.
Assist in onboarding and training retail staff.

Sales & Performance Monitoring
销售与业绩管理
Monitor sales performance and KPI achievement.
Prepare operational and sales reports.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Requirements
任职要求
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
大专及以上学历,零售管理、运营管理或相关专业优先。
2年以上零售运营相关经验。
具备良好的沟通协调能力。
具备分析及解决问题能力。
能独立工作并承受工作压力。
熟练使用Office办公软件。
Preferred Qualifications
