Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee records.

• Handle work pass applications and HR documentation.

• Administer leave, benefits, and attendance.

• Process payroll and coordinate with Accounts.

• Support employees with HR/payroll queries.

• Lead appraisals and training coordination.

• Prepare statutory reports for MOM.

• Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and office supplies.

• Provide general administrative support.
