Summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas commercial project opportunities to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Oversee project, sales, and daily operations to ensure smooth execution and business performance.

• Lead project presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with potential clients.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, risk management, and operational performance across multiple locations.

• Work closely with the Tender and QS teams on project costing, budgeting, tender submissions, contract reviews, and procurement matters.

• Lead and mentor project teams, prepare management reports and financial forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Preferred candidates with relevant experience, especially in F&B commercial projects.
