Responsibilities:

• Drive online sales growth and achieve assigned revenue, GMV, and profitability targets across e-commerce platforms

• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon

• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, mega sales events, and platform marketing activities

• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS, and profit margins

• Manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to maximize sales performance

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities

• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights for management review

• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers and external partners

• Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and inventory planning

• Support continuous improvement of e-commerce processes and commercial performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or digital commerce

• Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or similar e-commerce platforms

• Proficient in analyzing sales data, marketplace performance, and business metrics

• Good understanding of digital marketing, marketplace advertising, and promotional strategies

• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage
