As an Executive, Patient Relations, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage and respond to patient and family feedback, including complaints, compliments, and enquiries across various communication channels.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to investigate cases and ensure timely, accurate, and patient-centred resolutions.
Draft professional and empathetic responses, while supporting service recovery and patient satisfaction efforts.
Facilitate communication between patients/families and hospital stakeholders, including arranging family conferences and documenting meeting outcomes.
Maintain proper documentation, prepare reports, and analyse feedback trends to support service improvement initiatives.
Advocate for positive patient experiences while ensuring compliance with institutional policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Degree in any field.
