As a BIM Drafter (Electrical / ACMV / AHU), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical / ACMV systems.

• Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services (MEP) and prepare required documentation for submissions and procurement.

• Conduct site inspections and verify installation works; support testing and commissioning activities.

• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications.

• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing/checking software.

• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.

• Support senior modelers in Combined Services Drawings (CSD) preparation and other authority submissions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in BIM M&E or ACMV.
