About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR/Admin Assistant to join our team at Infinite Facilities Services Pte Ltd', a leading cleaning company in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and HR support to our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Scope of Work :
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics
2. Assisting with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
3. Supporting operation's paperwork (photo service report, etc)
4. Maintaining and updating HR and administrative databases and systems
5. Performing other general office duties as required
Requirement :
1. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
