THE JOB
The incumbent will mainly focus on the implementation of ERP and Microsoft Dynamic. Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, covering accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets, and general ledger (GL).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Accounting - prepare the WIP, oversee project costing, direct labor cost reconciliation and labor utilization efficiency analysis, and attend monthly WIP meeting.

• Check invoice postings and check payment request, process payments accurately and on a timely basis.

• Check staff claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documents before payment.

• Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Manage intercompany billings, transactions, reconciliations, and balances.

• Monitor cash flow and support daily cash management.

• Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.

• Analysis the financial results and prepare the presentation on DSO.

• Month end closing activities, i.e., FX Revaluation, Inter-Company Settlements, Journal Entries, etc.

• Prepare Secon reporting and ensure to meet the submission deadline.

• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly GST and Withholding Tax (WHT) returns.

• Liaise with bankers on banking facilities, banker application, fund transfers, and online payment processing.

• Liaise with tax agent, assist with ECI and Corporate Income Tax filings, ensure timely payments to IRAS and prepare corporate tax schedule.

• Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries, prepare audit schedules and unaudited financial statement.

• Liaise with corporate secretary on secretarial related matters.

• Assist with preparation of budget and forecast.

• Assist in developing accounting policies and SOP.

• Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with strong project accounting experience.

• Able to work efficiently under a tight deadline in a fast- paced environment.

• Good interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

• High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style.

• Must possess a high level of integrity and a positive working attitude.

• Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.

• Good knowledge and experience in Navision.
