Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve process yield loss and defective rates.

• Lead teams in yield enhancement activities across various departments.

• Identify yield opportunities and establish preliminary yield targets.

• Prepare and present comprehensive reports, detailing findings and results.

• Submit required monthly yield loss reports for assigned processes.

• Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes and achieve yield targets.

• Monitor new products or lines for initial yield performance prior to mass production.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Adhere to safety protocols and support all environment, health, safety, and security initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to tasks and ownership of responsibilities.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage stress in a team-oriented setting.

• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.

• Positive attitude and resilience in a challenging work environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with JMP, SPC, data mining, and statistics will be considered an advantage.

• Willingness to work in cleanroom and dryroom (0% humidity) conditions.
