Job Scope:

• Invoice & Payment Processing: Handle and process high volumes of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and payments.

• Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain strict data entry precision and ensure all payments are processed on time.

• Month-End Closing: Assist the finance team with monthly closing activities and account reconciliations.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate directly with vendors and internal teams to resolve any payment-related inquiries.

• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance for other finance tasks as needed.
