Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the preparation of tender exercise from start to submission

• Perform and guide junior QS in measurement/taking off quantities for BQ cost planning.

• Manage VO, claim etc

• Liaise and negotiate with internal departments and client's representatives on interim progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement

• Attend site meetings when required.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 6 years of working experience in the construction industry.

• Must be computer literate.

• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated and to lead juniors.

• Good teamwork.
