HR cum Account Executive - #1160304

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and cash flow management.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and ensure timely month-end closing.

• Manage GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and assist in year-end audit coordination.

• Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A preparation, and relevant government claims.

• Administer HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and maintenance of personnel records.

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and work pass applications or renewals when required.

• Provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field

• Preferably with experience in HR and account roles

• Responsible, organised and able to handle confidential information

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local tax requirements

• Highly organized, meticulous, and independent with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• 5.5 working days per week (8.30am - 6.00pm Mon - Fri & Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
