Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month Renewable Contract)
Location: Gul Circle (West Singapore)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and niche professional roles.
Deliver a positive candidate journey by ensuring timely communication and an efficient hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate assessments, and support offer management activities.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain accurate hiring records and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's recruitment efforts.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or in-house hiring functions.
Prior recruitment experience within manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial sectors will be advantageous.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar HR management systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
