Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month Renewable Contract)

Location: Gul Circle (West Singapore)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a well-established Fortune 500 multinational chemical company and play a key role in driving recruitment initiatives across technical, operational, and specialist functions. This position offers valuable exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition within a global corporate environment.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and offboarding activities.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and niche professional roles.

• Deliver a positive candidate journey by ensuring timely communication and an efficient hiring process.

• Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate assessments, and support offer management activities.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain accurate hiring records and reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and hiring standards.

• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's recruitment efforts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or in-house hiring functions.

• Prior recruitment experience within manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial sectors will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar HR management systems.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
