Are you a vigilant, proactive safety professional with a sharp eye for compliance and a passion for incident-free project execution? We are assisting our client to looking for an experienced Safety Officer to champion our workplace safety and health (WSH) initiatives, drive environmental compliance, and lead our site teams toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Your core duties will include:
Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict implementation of all statutory acts, local regulations, and company safety rules. Regularly review and update our Safety Management System.
Risk & Audit Management: Lead site safety audits, review internal/external risk assessments, and manage the Permit-To-Work (PTW) system.
Leadership & Engagement: Conduct monthly WSH Committee meetings, lead Mass Toolbox meetings, and deliver impactful safety training based on Safe Work Procedures.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into any incidents, recommend robust corrective actions, and rigorously follow up on their effectiveness.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, NEA) and advise Project Directors/Managers on all OSH matters.
Site Environment & Housekeeping: Inspect site facilities/equipment to maintain optimal environmental health and strictly enforce house rules for compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Credentials: Must be a registered WSHO (Workplace Safety and Health Officer) and ECO (Environmental Control Officer).
Experience: Min 5 years of hands-on experience in HDB or Commercial projects.
Education: Min Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, or a related discipline.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, and sharp analytical skills for risk management.
