About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Programme Associate to support and deliver engagement programmes that promote social connection, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. The role involves facilitating group activities and building meaningful relationships with participants in a community setting

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct daily group activities such as exercises, games, arts and crafts, wellness, and learning sessions

• Ensure activities are engaging, safe, and suitable for participants of varying abilities

• Engage and motivate participants through relationship building and outreach efforts

• Assist in planning monthly activity calendars, events, excursions, and engagement programmes

• Maintain attendance records, collect feedback, and document programme outcomes

• Monitor and manage programme materials and inventory

• Build rapport with participants and support an inclusive and positive environment

• Observe and report any changes in participants’ well-being to supervisors when necessary

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC (Community Care, Sports & Wellness, Social Services or related fields)

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in facilitating group activities will be advantageous

• Certification in exercise facilitation (e.g. FEA, NICA or equivalent) is a plus

• Able to work on weekdays, with occasional weekends or public holidays when required
