We are looking for an Interior Stylist / Sales Executive who combines a passion for design with a genuine desire to help people create homes they love.

The Role

At BoConcept, you are not simply selling furniture.

You are helping customers make one of the most meaningful investments in their daily lives: their home.

As an Interior Stylist / Sales Executive, you will guide customers through a personalised design journey, helping them make confident decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and lifestyle needs.

You will:

• Build genuine relationships with customers through thoughtful consultation

• Understand customers' lifestyles, design preferences, family needs, and space requirements

• Recommend furniture, layouts, materials, colours, and configurations that suit both form and function

• Present BoConcept's collections through design storytelling and personalised solutions

• Assist customers with room planning, styling recommendations, and home furnishing projects

• Create mood boards, layout concepts, and visual presentations where appropriate

• Utilise BoConcept's design tools and systems to help customers visualise their homes

• Manage projects from initial consultation through purchase and delivery

• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the BoConcept brand

• Contribute to individual and store sales performance goals

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for design-minded consultants who enjoy helping people, not hard-selling products.

You may be an excellent fit if you:

• Have experience in Interior Design, Interior Styling, Space Planning, Home Furnishing, Architecture, or related fields

• Hold qualifications in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Have experience in furniture retail, interior design studios, property styling, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales

• Have a strong eye for colour, proportion, materials, and spatial planning

• Enjoy understanding people's lifestyles and translating their needs into practical design solutions

• Are confident presenting ideas and guiding customers through decisions

• Are professional, articulate, and well-presented

• Are commercially minded and motivated by achieving results

• Are proactive, coachable, and eager to continuously develop your design and sales skills
